Intellectual Capital Consulting (ICC) is a leading consultancy that develops
tools for organizations to increase employee and customer satisfaction. Headquartered
in Atlanta, Georgia, ICC was founded by
Barbara
Hughes and Cathy Martin in 1997. The two recognized that companies
have made significant investments in their employees and product/service
offerings for their customers, but had not set fourth ongoing strategies
to retain them.
The belief was that if companies took time to consciously focus on
ongoing satisfaction, they would see a significant increase in productivity
and revenue while delivering superior customer service. With this belief
in mind, Barbara and Cathy assembled a group of professionals with experience
